WTF Friday: Underwhelmed & Confused

Hey friends! Happy Friday to all!

Today's WTF Friday features two super cute ladies...one looking subpar and one choosing a very "interesting" dress. Here we go!

First up is Kelly Osbourne...

Ok...so I understand that Kelly has had a few really bad weeks, so I'm not going to get on her case too hard. But still. Kelly, girlfriend, pick yourself back up and get back on that dating market. This nerd alert ensemble complete with white socks and flats is so unflattering on you. Get yee into a dress, stat.

And then there's the adorbs Blake Lively...

Chest up and hips down, Blake looks just darling. But then we have this really weird sheer cutout showcasing Blake's navel and cutout flowers. Um. Right. Just because it's Chanel doesn't make it ok. No Blake, sheer corsets are not hot.

Blake Lively... Celeb Fashion Perfection

Blake Lively was spotted back in October looking absolutely amazing.

She was seen wearing DKNY tights on the set of Gossip Girl this Monday. Lively wore the DKNY’s Mod Plaid tights with a great pair of boots and a grey jacket.

The Gossip Girl stylist really knows how to put it together, the little touches that tie the outfit together include the cream gloves, bag and sweater. We love it!

Fashion Report:Blake Lively In Balmain

Whilst most people attended HBO’s Post Emmy Awards Reception wearing the same dress they had worn on the red carpet, Blake Lively opted to change out of her sexy Versace red dress into a sexy black Balmain dress.
Most of you will be disappointed to see she’s sporting the same hairstyle as you had major issues with her ratty ponytail.
After last year, this look couldn’t please me more. She’s back.

Like she said to that annoying Atlanta Housewife on E!, she’s 22 and she’s having fun.
If you not going to wear a hot dress like this at 22, when are you going to wear it?

She paired her dress with Jimmy Choo Private sandals and a stunning pair of emerald earrings.
