Peter Andre never cheated on Katie....

PETER Andre has inisted he never cheated on estranged wife Jordan during their three-and-a-half year marriage.
The 36-year-old spoke out today after winning damages against a Sunday newspaper which wrongly said he made advances to a Jordan lookalike before his break up.

He said: "This story has led to a lot of speculation about whether I was faithful to my estranged wife, which even led her to mention it on a breakfast television show last week.

"I have never been unfaithful to my wife, not with this girl or any other girl.

"When things are untrue, I have to take action. I've not only got an estranged wife, I've got kids as well."

The Aussie reality TV star, who split from Katie Price in May, spoke outside London's High Court after winning his case against The People.

The newspaper had incorrectly published that he had made inappropriate sexual advances to another woman before his split.

The Mysterious Girl singer accepted substantial undisclosed damages from the newspaper.

Peter added: "I'm pleased that the Sunday People have now accepted that their story was untrue and hurtful to myself.

"I also need to add that if anyone slanders my name, I will not hesitate in taking action against them.

"Now hopefully this will bring these rumours and lies to an end and let me move on with my life.

"The general British public and most of the media have been kind to me and I can't complain about that and I'm grateful for it."

In court his solicitor, Mike Brookes, had told Mr Justice Eady: "These allegations were very upsetting and offensive to Mr Andre, as they are untrue."

He added that MGN Ltd, which owns The People, had apologised and agreed to pay the dad-of-two damages and his legal costs.

Mr Brookes said that the article gave details of a brief meeting between Peter and Shira Jones at London's Movida club last December, before his split from Jordan.

It stated that he made inappropriate sexual advances to Ms Jones shortly after meeting her.

The solicitor said all that happened was that he was introduced to Ms Jones, allowed her friend to photograph them together and then spoke to her very briefly.

MGN's solicitor, Sarah Toolan, said: "The defendant wishes to apologise to Mr Andre and is joining in the making of this statement in the hope that it will assist in setting the record straight."

Andre to sue Katie Price...?!

The 'Behind Closed Doors' singer has threatened his estranged wife with legal action after she hinted in a TV interview he had been unfaithful.
Peter said: "I can hold my head up high and say I've been 100 percent faithful throughout my marriage and still am. And any reports suggesting otherwise are totally hurtful and false."
On (23.07.09), Peter's spokesman confirmed the singer - who raises three children with Katie - is seeking legal advice.
He said: "The only thing I can say is that Peter is taking legal action."
Katie - also known as Jordan - made the claims when she appeared on British TV show 'GMTV' thursday morning.
When asked if she believed the 36-year-old singer had been involved with other women behind her back, she replied: "As far as I know he was faithful. When you split up with someone, you hear things, so who knows what is true and what is not."
Katie also claimed her children - Harvey, seven, Junior, four, and three-year-old Princess Tiaamii were doing well but confused by the separation.
The 31-year-old brunette added: "Junior knows something's up. He'll say stuff like, 'Daddy doesn't love you any more, do you still love daddy?' But I think that's just normal.
"I say, 'Don't be silly Junior. Daddy's working and mummy's here. You don't want to confuse the child. But he is not wetting the bed, so that's a good sign."

Peter Andre Speaks Out....

Peter Andre has told how living his life in the public eye with his estranged wife Katie Price may have been a "mistake".
The couple met on TV's I'm A Celebrity and have spent years allowing their lives to be dissected with fly-on-the-wall shows.
But he told ITV1's This Morning that he accepted it was their own fault for agreeing to such scrutiny.
Pete, who is trying to revitalise his singing career, said: "It's our fault - we cannot complain about things like that. I really don't like people that go on about getting followed around, I don't like it - there are people in the industry that don't want to take everything that comes with it. I take it all.
"I know I'm going to make mistakes along the way, because you do. Showing your life so public is a mistake sometimes, but I blame myself as much as anyone else."
Andre said he was trying to retain a dignified silence about the reasons his marriage to mother-of-three Katie - aka Jordan - had broken down. Last week she gave a TV interview in which she revealed she had suffered a miscarriage just weeks before the split.
"Right now, it would benefit me to speak, and there's a lot I would want to say," he said.
"But long term, I know the kids are going to grow up and look back at everything, so I'm trying my best - just so they don't have to say 'Dad, why did you say this?'. I just think it's the right thing to do."

The beauty, 31, was almost ten weeks pregnant when doctors gave her the tragic news the foetus's heart had stopped.

Sobbing Jordan revealed she and hubby Pete, 36, had been ecstatic about the child - and said the loss was a huge blow.

But in her sensational first interview since the split in May the reality star insists she did NOT want to end her 3½-year marriage - calling Peter "my life".

She denies having an affair with horse trainer Andrew Gould - but admits her Aussie singer husband was JEALOUS of him.


And she confessed she is a NIGHTMARE when she gets drunk.


Speaking to Britain's Got Talent judge Piers Morgan, Jordan revealed she fell pregnant on the couple's three-month stay in LA this year.

She said: "Even though we were still bickering and I shouldn't have gone to America, we were happy because it's a baby, it's an amazing thing when you have a baby."


Things went wrong when Jordan came home to the UK on April 13 and had a scan in London and the doctor could find no heartbeat.


But the medic also found high levels of a hormone produced by the embryo - giving the mum-of-three hope that her baby was still alive.


She was told to come back for further tests in a few days.


Jordan said: "I went in thinking, 'He's going to be great, he's going to see a heartbeat.' And it was on the screen and you know they poke the thing around, he said, 'No it's, it's died, it's gone.'"


She had an immediate termination - six days before running the London Marathon on April 26.

She said: "I'm running along... and I'm trying to keep myself together, not to cry. I just wanted to say to people, 'Just leave me alone, I've just lost a baby.'" Last night, furious Peter hit out at his ex for revealing their loss.


His spokeswoman said: "It was Peter's child as well and Peter is devastated and deeply disappointed that Kate has chosen to speak out about this and their marriage. It is a private matter."

Jordan has a disabled son, Harvey, seven, as well as two children with Peter - son Junior, four, and two-year-old daughter Princess Tiáamii.


The brunette revealed it it was "love at first sight" after meeting Peter on ITV1 hit I'm A Celebrity... Get Met Out Of Here! in 2004. She said: "Honestly, I was so in love with him, like, it was driving me nuts. I fancied the pants off him, he was just my everything.


"We were - well I was - absolutely obsessed. Not obsessed in a bad way but just, he was my life."


She added: "I really believed I would be with him forever.


"I never, ever in a million years thought I'd divorce."


The heartbroken star said Peter decided to end the marriage in May after flipping over her friendship with horse-riding coach Andrew, 28.


She said: "Pete had it in his head that I fancied him."


But when Piers, 44, asked if there had ever been romance between the pair, Jordan insisted: "Never." And the 32D model - real name Katie Price - defended her boozy antics which also upset Pete.


She admitted: "I know I'm a nightmare, I hold my hand up. When I have a drink I want to take my clothes off... it is a nightmare."


But she defended her wild partying in Ibiza last month.


She said: "What is wrong with that? What do you go to Ibiza for? I wanted to let my hair down. I've gone through so much."


But she said she is now calmer. She said: "I'm actually in a really good place. Obviously I've had to deal with a lot but yeah I'm doing really well."

Peter Andre makes bid for custody for the children

Peter Andre is talking to lawyers about how he can spend more time with his children before his divorce with Katie Price is finalised. The singer is thought to be unhappy that the children are spending a significant amount of their time with a nanny while they are staying with their mum, and not much with him. At the moment, Katie decides when Peter can see his children.

The legal movements come after Katie's two-hour rant against her estranged husband during an interview with Piers Morgan. The model apparently branded Chantelle Houghton, the star Peter is rumoured to be dating "an ugly version of me" and said "Pete is not as innocent as he's making out." Katie Price broke down in tears in public for the first time as she revealed intimate details about her split with Peter Andre.
The under-fire model sobbed as she gave a tell-all interview to Piers Morgan about the couple's split in a bid to combat the backlash against her partying ways.

The interview, set to be aired on ITV1 on Saturday, sees the model crying about their rocky romance and what the future holds. Exploding with rage, Price reportedly blames Andre for their break-up, ranting:

'It was all down to Pete, he wanted this, not me. He's not as innocent as he's been making out.'

Price reportedly became so emotional during the 45-minute chat that the interview had to be extended.

Last week Price issued a warning to her ex, saying: 'I'm going to tell him everything.'

She said: 'It's about time I put my point across. There will be some home truths, Pete is not as innocent as he's making out.'

After the interview Morgan, 44, revealed: 'This is already the most controversial interview of my TV career and I haven't even done it yet.'

'I predict massive ratings because everyone wants to hear what Kate has to say about her break-up.'

A friend of the model said: 'Katie is fed up with the public backlash against her.

'Unfortunately though, her version of events is rather different to Pete's.'

But insiders within Andre's legal camp say they'll be watching closely for any lies.

'If there is so much as one lie it will be exposed quickly and give Pete more ammunition in his divorce battle', said the insider.

The star, 31, was filmed at her £3million Surrey home. The interview will be aired on ITV1 at 9pm on Saturday.

JORDAN has said "bring on the divorce" after rumours about her estranged husband Peter Andre being in a relationship with Chantelle Houghton surfaced. She said: "I've got some news for you - I've been told by more than one person that Chantelle Houghton has been seen going into Pete's house on more than one occasion.

"It seems like her and Peter could be in a relationship and if they are, I'm really pleased for them - I think she's a good-looking girl, she seems nice and I hope they're happy, just as long as he's with someone who is nice to our kids.

"Good luck to them."

In Pete's new! column today he sang Chantelle's praises, saying she was looking great at the moment.

But yesterday he insisted on his Twitter page there was "1000 million per cent" nothing going on between them and they are just friends. Meanwhile 31-year-old Katie also spoke about meeting up with Aussie singer Peter for the first time since their split was announced in May, on their daughter Princess Tiaamii's second birthday last week.

She denied there had been a confrontation between them on the day, adding in OK!: "I didn't argue with him, it was misrepresented. I wanted it to be quiet and civilised."

But the mum-of-three admitted she did row with Pete, 36, while she was on a wild party-filled week in Ibiza last month - which prompted her to lash out at him on Twitter and call him an obscene word.

Katie said: "I don't want to go into what happened or what was said, but I'm sure you can tell it really wound me up!

"I've had a cross tattooed over the tattoo I got of his name.

"I won't get his name removed because he was part of my life but I just want to get on with the divorce now."

Another story just to come our is Dane Bowers... remember him?! Katie's ex! Just annouched that he "still loves Katie" Dane Bowers has said that he will always love his former girlfriend Katie Price.

The ex-Another Level singer was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving near Price's home in May, weeks after she had split from husband Peter Andre.

Bowers said: "I can't explain how weird it felt to see Kate again and to realise I still care deeply for her. I discovered a part of me still loves her and probably always will.

"When we came face to face again we had a hug and then spent two hours talking about everything we went through. Too much has happened for us to ever get together again but that night we were both asking, 'What if?'"

He added: "I think we understand each other better than anyone else. But it totally freaked me out because I used to hate Kate - I mean really loathe her.

"Until a few weeks ago I would have told you she was a total bitch, a complete a***hole. But when I read about her split and saw the hammering she was getting in the press I felt a strange stirring of sympathy.

"It's like she's the Devil and he's St Peter. I don't hate her any more and I think she's had a tough rap. I think she should be sticking up for herself more. She's always been a strong girl and she can do this."

This situation gets more messy by the minute! And we are sure its going to get far worse before it gets better. Who needs soap operas eh?!

We did kind of doubt the whole "split" thinking that it was more a publicity stunt, but now it really does seem real. Even Katie's bridesmaid; Sarah Harding has said that she is saddened by the split & doesnt see any hope for them getting back together. Sarah Harding has confessed she doesn't think Katie Price and Peter Andre's marriage can be saved.

The Girls Aloud singer was a bridesmaid at the couple's wedding and has told the Daily Mirror that she hoped they could work through their split, but now feels it isn't possible.

Sarah, 27, told the newspaper: "It's so sad - I really hoped it wasn't permanent and wanted to get them back together, they have both been good friends to me in the past."

She added: "I had a really hard time when I split up with Mikey Green and I'll never forget everything they did for me. Whenever I was feeling low they'd invite me around to stay in their house to have a break from it all.

"Pete would put the kettle on and Katie would order in some Chinese and we'd chat all night.

"They have both been good friends to me so I'm not going to be drawn into the Team Katie or Team Pete thing.

"Whatever happened was between them. I've been in touch with them and said I'm here for both of them. But it doesn't look like they will get back together now, which is a shame."

Sarah revealed she recently met up with Katie in Ibiza.

She said: "Some people said it was strange that I didn't go out with Katie in Ibiza. But it wasn't like that. We were in touch on the phone and met up in private.

"We talked about how she was feeling. I just wanted to make sure she was OK. It's not nice when something like this happens."

Its sad really, especially when there is kids involved.

He's been through one messy split.

So does this public display of diamonds mean the star is ready for a reconciliation with his estranged wife Jordan?
He could be simply covering his tattoo of Jordan's real name Katie, which is currently residing on his wedding finger.
Although surely if that's the case he could choose another rock from his ice collection to do the job?
As Peter seems to have been the one pushing for a break-up it seems strange he's still dedicated to brandishing such a big marriage symbol.
Let's hope it's a good sign.
Despite the symbolic diamond on his digit, Pete denied an impending reconciliation today when he was interviewed on Chris Moyles' Radio 1 show. When Moylesy asked if the estranged couple would ever get back together, Pete replied: "No. No, what's done is done.
"Let's not forget that there are far bigger problems in the world. But when you are in your own situation it feels like the biggest problem in the world.
"I'm just going through the acceptance bit now."
He also said that his kids were the most important thing in his life, and that he hoped one day he and Jordan could be friends.
The move comes as Jordan has confirmed she will give a TV interview to Piers Morgan later this month. Why would Pete wear the ring?! We cant figure this one out for one minute. Wearing it, surley he knows that there will be a reaction to it?! He must be getting more press attention than usual at the moment with the split, and surley he must be aware that wearing the ring would get noticed - so he is clearly doing it for a reason - what do you think?

Katie Price has vowed to "set the record straight" about her split from husband Peter Andre in a new televised interview with Piers Morgan.





The model pulled out of an appearance on Friday Night With Jonathan Ross shortly after the break-up was announced in May, but pals say she's now ready to spill the beans.





The interview, which will be aired on Saturday 11 July on ITV1, (DO NOT MISS IT!!) is expected to be mainly focused on the reasons behind the break-up, with Katie telling pals, "I'm going to tell him everything." A source from the ITV show said today, "She knows he [Piers] will not give her an easy ride, and this is going to be an explosive interview that is sure to upset Andre. But she feels at the moment that most people are on his side and she wants to set the record straight and say things from her point of view."

It had previously been reported that the former journalist would reprise his dialogue with Price after she appeared on his Life Stories chatshow earlier this year.

A post on Morgan's official website confirmed: "This will be the first time either of the couple have officially spoken out about their spilt and Piers will be quizzing Katie on the reasons behind the breakdown of their nuptials.
"After her recent trip to Ibiza which was covered heavily by the media, Katie will definitely be keen to stick up for herself, so make sure you tune in as it is going to be lively!"

Piers was one of the only people who came out in defence of Katie when her break-up was announced. We actually cannot wait to hear what she has to say. Hasnt Chantelle been saying of late how she would like to go out with Peter Andre.????... well we can reveal what happened when they attended the same party earlier this week - well rather Peter's talked about it one Radio one!!!

Chatting to Chris Moyles on his Radio 1 show this morning, Peter laughed off questions about himself and the former Celebrity Big Brother star. "There's not one little bit in my head that could think about anyone else, to be honest," he said.

However, he was quick to say, "By the way, she [Chantelle] is a very nice person." The pair went out for a meal after the party with their agent Claire and others, so they've definitely become better acquainted. "There was a group of us!" Pete insisted to Chris. Whenever Pete does feel ready to get a new girlfriend, something tells us there's going to be a very long and very willing queue. Chantelle is looking amazing these days after her makeover & Pete isnt looking too bad himself either.... mmmm lets wait and see what happens next.....

Peter Andre Models for ED HARDY - Christian Audigier

PETER Andre is to become a model for Michael Jackson's favourite designer Christian Audigier (ED Hardy). The singer has signed a £500,000 deal after shedding a stone during the bitter divorce proceedings with glamour girl wife Jordan.
And now Peter, 36, aims to flaunt his new figure for the cameras as the face of Audigier's hip range, Ed Hardy.
He was the star turn at a plush bash for the French designer on Wednesday at Movida in London's Mayfair before heading off to dinner with old pal Dani Behr at swanky eatery Nobu.
A source revealed: "Christian had a meeting with Peter and they agreed for Peter to become the face of Ed Hardy in Europe. Christian is launching a new store in London this year and Peter will be a big part of that promotion."
And the heartbroken star hinted that his split from Jordan, 31 - real name Katie Price - helped him clinch the big-money deal.
Peter, who appears with Jordan on their ITV2 show Katie and Peter: Stateside, admitted: "It's amazing how stress keeps you trim. I might be looking all right, but I'm not feeling okay.
"Given the circumstances, I'm not doing as badly as I could be. My favourite tipple is whisky on the rocks but I'm not having a lot because I want to be fresh for work. And I don't really feel like drinking."
He told TV Biz at the bash how the break-up had taken its toll - particularly being separated from his children, Junior, four, and Princess, two, as well as his disabled stepson Harvey, seven.
Peter was devastated when Junior was caught on camera sobbing when he had to go back to Jordan this week.
The distraught Aussie confessed: "It's so hard every time I have to leave the kids. That picture of my boy not wanting to leave really got to me - I was really emotional after seeing that." But the deal with Audigier is set to throw Peter back into the limelight.
Audigier, 51, is so big he was planning on collaborating with Michael Jackson. Speaking before the superstar's death, he said: "It's the merging of the King of Pop with the king of fashion.
"Something explosive is going to happen."
And this week, Audigier - who plans to move his company into the property where Jackson died - told how he had also been working on some creations for the star's This Is It tour.
He said: "It was actually Michael's dream. And it was kind of royalist - a mix of the real Michael Jackson and his alter-ego as the King of Pop."
As well as the modelling deal, Peter has signed a million pound record contract with independent label Conehead.
His first single, Behind Closed Doors, from his new album is out next month.
The Mysterious Girl star recorded the CD, which features an emotional song about his stepson Harvey, during his three-month stay in LA this year - before his marriage fell apart.
Peter said about the Conehead deal: "I signed with them because they've listened and took on board what I want.
"It's not about the money, but some of the big record labels didn't offer me anywhere near what Conehead have."

Peter Andre Breaks his Silence.......

PETER Andre has broken his silence for the first time since his high-profile split from Jordan. In an interview on Radio 1 today he revealed that he can't think about dating anyone else after announcing his break up from wife Jordan, real name Katie Price, in May.
But the Aussie singer, who is about to make his musical comeback, insisted he'll never get back with the glamour girl.
He also revealed he's fed up with her recent attention-grabbing antics and is worried their three kids will read about it all when they are older.
The 36-year-old told Chris Moyles on his Breakfast Show: "I'm not going to lie. It's been the worst two or three months of my life. But then again, you've got to get on with it really.
"There's a lot to it. I definitely knew what I had to do. I'm obviously never mentioning the reasons, but there's not just one reason, there's a number of reasons."
When probed as to whether the pair might be able to kiss and make up, he replied: "No. No, what's done is done."
'I'll always love Kate'
But he admitted a part of him will always love Katie, adding: "She's the mother of my kids, there's always going to be love there but that's it.
"For every bad (thing) that somebody has, there's a lot of good."
When asked if he would ever want to be friends with Katie, 31, he answered: "For the sake of my children I very much hope so. I can see us being friends again."
Peter added: "I'm not going to lie, I'm gutted."
And he said he's not seeing anyone else, despite rumours of him cosying up to some female celebrities at a party on Wednesday night.
He added: "My head's not even gone there yet."
The Mysterious Girl singer acknowledged the criticism Katie has received, especially after enjoying a week of boozy partying in Ibiza recently.
He said: "I don't want the kids to grow up and read about it and I don't want her to feel that pain. I want it to be forgotten about."
Peter also admitted he wasn't going to watch Katie's upcoming interview on Piers Morgan's Life Stories on July 11, warning her: "I hope she's careful - that's all".
He said he'd hardly spoken during the first five weeks after the split, telling Moyles: "The hardest bit is acceptance. When you accept it then you can move forwards. I was very down, and it was tough - but I've moved on."
